At Capriccio, guests can start with either a freshly made soup of the day or a refreshing Capriccio Salad. For the entrée, diners have five delicious dishes from which to pick—homemade ravioli filled with a melty mixture of four cheeses and topped with a creamy truffle sauce; grilled wild salmon daubed with a fresh fava bean spread and served with a grape tomato-radish salad in a lemony celery citronette dressing; a tasty classic of linguini with clams in a choice of red or white sauce; chicken Milanese, featuring juicy breaded chicken breast topped with an arugula-roasted pepper salad and drizzled with the finest extra virgin olive oil; or a tender veal cutlet parmesan, topped with melted mozzarella, tomato sauce and a side of linguini.
